Memories of Duane

I was reminiscing today with a colleague, who like me had gone to school in Dauphin, but had moved away.  Duane's name came up and I decided to "Google" him, and was both saddened and gladdened to see this page.  I am sad to know he has passed away, but glad to know he has friends who care deeply for him. But then Duane was like that.

I left Dauphin in 1979 and had little contact with the place after that.  I didn't know Duane really well--he was sort of a friend of my friends--I was very shy at that time and didn't make friends easily.  But over the years I have thought about him from time to time.  He is one of the Dauphinites I wish I had known better.

Thank you for creating this page and giving me a chance to reconnect, even if it is only with his memory.

Take care,

Brian.
